Our dryer was taking forever to dry, and even then, our clothes were still damp. After doing some research, we realized our dryer vent probably needed to be cleaned. As I usually do, I turned to Google reviews, and that's how I found Al at Dryer Geeks.The reviews were absolutely spot on. From the initial phone call to the final cleanup, Al was outstanding. He was courteous, professional, on time, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Al is such a nice guy! From the time I spoke to him on the phone all the way up until he came to my house. What was even more amazing was he came on such short notice and came the same day I called! Even though it ended up being an easy fix he was still happy to talk my wife and I through what was going on and how to prevent the issue from happening again. If I could give more than five stars I would!
