I had a great experience with Al, the dryer geek. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned and functioning properly before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. I feel much safer knowing our dryer vent was serviced correctly. Al is a total pro. On time, thorough, and stuck to his price even though my job threw him a couple of curve balls. He cleaned out my very clogged vent and I couldn’t be happier with the work performed . And a very nice man on top of that.
