From the moment Al picked up the phone to set an appointment to the time Al came to clean my dryer vent he was helpful, courteous and did a great job. Al didn't mind me watching over him to see the massive amounts of lint removed. Throughout the process Al talked me through the what he was doing and and was very conversational. I already recommended Al to my friends and family and I know you would too if he came to clean your dryer vent. Also, not once did Al try to upsell me on something which is what I saw on other dryer vent companies reviews. Keep doing a great job Al and I'll see you in a couple of years.
